You know, when I set these forums up originally, I did it rather haphazardly and with no real plan or organization to it.

So, you know, if you folks would like to make some suggestions as to any forums you'd like to see added, be it for other subjects, or a section for forum-type casual games, or what have you.... it is very easy to do that.

Of course, having a zillion forums around is confusing, so it is best to keep the main forums to larger subjects in general. But I think it would be good to have more forums than there are now, because the opposite is true as well... too few forums tend to collect a zillion different unrelated threads and become hard to follow. So keep that in mind, that a good balance is the goal.

But it would be cool if you have any ideas, and maybe we can rearrange things into a more usable and enjoyable forum. As I say, the actual rearrangement is quite easy. The hard part is deciding what forums to make, and how best to organize it.

Any ideas would be welcomed, so don't be shy! We can always take polls to help us make some of the decisions.

I really don't know much about these things, but I do enjoy reading what y'all think...yahoo had a thing where you could post a question, vote on it and after a time it would show the results...that would be neat...or do we already have that?

Maybe after a certain time period the forum that has had no posts just vanishes...or do we already have that?

Shoot, Squirelly on a scale of 1-10, one being the worst day in popcap's psychobabble and 10 being the best day there (was there ever a best day?) you hit ten and keep climbing. The best thing is you listen to us whine and that a big thing in itself.

A terrifc idea MrSquirrel.

No one wants everything to be "too organized" and risk the mandatory fine of thousands of dollars for being Off Topic. But as the site grows and the forums become more "elaborate" and cluttered, it becomes rather difficult to locate and identify the appropiate forum in which we can find a Topic and follow it with relative ease.

I hope everyone who enjoys any of the forum activities will suggest a slightly more practical "order" that might make navigation easier. After only about a week "off" it took me quite some time to find my way around. I imagine it would be very offputting for any newcomers to try to "catch up" and join in.

---

Following your suggestion, it would be nice to see some of the more experienced Forum users to post their ideas here about that aspect.

It does get a little confusing if the forum "The Game" has many topics that have little or nothing to do with The Game itself. And so on.

.... With the minimum of effort on your own behalf, of course. There's no reason why we ourselves can't compile and post a list of Topics we'd like to see under any particular Forum Title. Then all you'd have to do is decide if our suggestions made any sense (fingers crossed lol).
