Post A Merry Xmas to our year-round Santa Claus: MrSquirrel. Reply with quote
It’s officially Xmas Eve in Australia, and it seems a good time as well as one of the more appropriate occasions to thank MrSquirrel for his 365.2422 days-a-year Present to all the members of his site – the Forums and game of PseudoBabble.

The real Santa Claus has been rumored to leave coal instead of presents when the occasion has called for it, but it’s obvious that this particular Squirrel Santa Claus feels that a bag full of nuts is better than a bag full of coal.

MrSquirrel. Thank you for doing what to most of us seemed impossible: Recreating our beloved game of Babble, maintaining it so assiduously, and continuously improving it beyond our greatest expectations.

And thanks, most of all, for understanding that although the impossible may be achieved by the dedication, determination and talent of one individual, the “everyday difficult things” may take a little longer to achieve by the larger group of the members of your wonderful site.

---

A Merry Xmas and a happy Holiday Season to you and every member of your immediate Squirrel family, and to all of us – your extended family and friends.

I also want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart. May you and your loved ones have a great day! Keep in mind as you're celebrating, eating, opening gifts, that the reason this holiday exists is because God sent His only Son to save us from our sins. No one is sure of the exact date of Jesus' birth and December 25th is only the day that "man" decided to celebrate Jesus' birth, so we should keep Christmas in our hearts every day of the year.

My family and I will be out of town for a couple of days visiting family, and I know many of you will be spending time with family and loved ones. Please treasure these moments for they are too short in life. I pray that my Babble ((friends)) will have a very safe, merry, and joyous day!

Love to all of you,
Terri

Sorry to nitpick... but this holiday exists because the 'church' wanted all us pagans to convert to christianity..... thats why there are so many religeous holidays that have no actual back up with dates in the bible. If you look carefully, most if not all christian holidays coincide with pagan festivals.

Have a happy Christmas/Blessed Yule

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to All!!

Our cable line has been fried over the past few days, but the workers fixed it earlier today, Christmas Eve...
Sorry to have missed everyone during that time, but looking forward to a great '08!

Most of us will be too busy during the Holidays, so in case we don't bump into each other in the game, I hope Babblers worldwide have a Happy festive season.

Hopefully the extreme weather in the Northen hemisphere eases up for Y'all and everything returns to normal ASAP. It would be an unwelcome novelty if MrSquirrel's wonderful game "froze" because of the weather - Yikes!

And speaking of our benefactor:

Merry Xmas to you and yours, MrSquirrel!
